Historically, the mission of this podcast is to interview thought leaders from a variety of disciplines (including medicine, sports, military and law enforcement, tech, music, theater, and exploration) to gain insight into how to systematically enhance performance at the individual and organizational level.
This is not a niche podcast that promotes specialization and professional identity politics. Instead, it espouses global thinking and professional and academic integration.
While the core mission of the podcast remains unchanged, many listeners have asked that we provide more practical content related to sports rehabilitation and performance training. In other words, global concepts are interesting but how do we actually program and apply micro level content to maximize readiness for athletes and performers.
We will continue to interview thought leaders whose messages transcends any single profession or discipline. However, we will release additional episodes at more frequent intervals to review case studies, answer questions from listeners, virtually connect with audience members, and essentially create an informal educational platform for rehabilitation professionals looking to expand their command of end state athlete preparation and performance professionals interested in maximizing athlete longevity and wellness.
