5 Keys to A Robust Foundation for Success

I’m writing this with hopes that it sheds light on a) how we typically think about someone’s movement problems that we encounter on a daily basis, and b) what’s really important when developing an overarching approach to helping your clients. Here are some keys to success early on and for the long haul.

1. Complicated doesn’t mean better.

With an enormous and seemingly endless menu of continuing education models and training/treatment philosophies, it can be a challenge to separate the signal from the noise. As a new(er) coach and clinician it is easy to be inundated with more and more information from various colleagues, mentors, or internet influences with often competing interests as well as questionable reliability of information.
